Meet Our Team
Our team at TWISH is a diverse group of passionate professionals dedicated to making a difference in the cosmetics industry. Our founders are seasoned estheticians with over three decades of experience in the skincare and engineering industry. Alarmed by the environmental pollution of single-use cosmetic containers, they decided to take action.
Our team combines expertise from various fields, including skincare, technology, and sustainable design, ensuring that TWISH products are innovative and effective.
We are committed to environmental sustainability and ethical business practices, striving to positively impact the planet and society.
El Gibbor Djiki
Founder & CEO
She has over a decade of experience working with top companies, including well-known beauty brands, in operation management, product development, marketing, and sustainability initiatives. With a remarkable academic background in sustainable development, she is a Chartered Administrator, a recipient of several professional awards, notably in entrepreneurship, and a certified medical aesthetics professional
As the founder, El Gibbor combines her passion for cosmetics with her technical knowledge of sustainable development to impact her generation and contribute to existing Clean Tech innovation efforts. She is creating an innovative product that benefits the environment and the beauty industry. She is convinced that smart, reusable cosmetic containers are a creative approach to the cosmetic packaging industry and is committed to leading this transformative journey.

She volunteers in several social projects and is an environmental activist. She leads beauty and wellness workshops and passionately advocates positive female empowerment.

Under the sign ''Pisces,'' El Gibbor has been passionate about swimming for years but can barely outswim a seahorse in the water. She is very confident about competing in the next Olympic Games.

She holds a degree in Banking and Finance from Johanessburg Business School in South Africa.

How does it work
Facial Skincare Routine:
- Activation:
- The user activates the device with a simple gesture or touch on the designated area.
- The built-in display lights up, showing the levels of the products in each compartment.
- Product Selection:
- The user selects the desired product either through a touch interface or a voice command.
- The device’s internal system adjusts to align with the selected compartment.
- pH Adjustment and Preparation:
- The pH sensors assess the product’s current state and adjust it to the ideal level for the user’s skin.
- This process ensures the product is perfectly balanced for application.
- Contactless Dispensing:
- The user selects a compartment and twists the container’s lid in one direction to display the dispensing valve and holds their hand under the valve.
- Motion sensors detect the hand’s presence, triggering the release of the product.
- A pre-measured amount of the product is dispensed onto the user’s hand.
- Completion:
- After dispensing all products, the device automatically shuts down.
- Usage levels are updated, and the user is notified if any compartment is low on product.
- Usage Tracking and Feedback:
- The device updates the product levels on the display
- Connected to a mobile, all data are updated on the App and user has total control of data in his hands
- It can also provide skincare tips or reminders based on the frequency and amount of product used.
- Maintenance:
- The device sends reminders for cleaning and refilling.
- Refilling is easy with eco-friendly pods that slot into each compartment.
